To authorize unloading, our teams perform checks on standard and specific transport documents (delivery notes, consignment notes, customs documents, quality documents, etc.) as well as quantitative controls between expected and received goods and qualitative checks on the condition of pallets, packaging, or products via individual or random verification of samples.

In case of non-compliance, discrepancy or error detected during inspection, goods are placed in quarantine. An anomaly report is systematically issued, including photos and expressed reservations. We also perform additional checks to assist you in identifying the appropriate solution.
