Environmental Commitment

Roof Replacement & Building Insulation Work

A substantial investment of €1M has been dedicated to the energy renovation of our infrastructures. This major work significantly improves the thermal efficiency of our buildings, reducing our energy consumption and optimizing our work comfort throughout the year.

Installation of Photovoltaic Panels

We have invested €105K in the installation of solar panels at our sites, enabling the generation of 90,000 KWH of renewable energy per year. This major initiative is part of our energy transition strategy and carbon footprint reduction, while offering us greater energy autonomy.

Integration of CO₂ Emission Reduction Criteria

We systematically integrate ecological proposals in our responses to tenders, accompanied by incentive-based communication with our customers. This proactive approach aims to raise awareness within our ecosystem and promote responsible practices throughout our entire value chain.

Facilities and Equipment for Good Working Conditions

A budget of €150,000 has been allocated to improving our work spaces and tools. These targeted investments aim to create an optimal professional environment, combining comfort, ergonomics, and efficiency for the daily well-being of our employees.

Creation of a Group Health and Safety Department

This new dedicated structure allows the pooling of procedures and consolidation of results at the group level. Our centralized approach ensures the application of homogeneous and demanding standards across all our sites, thus strengthening our culture of prevention and well-being at work.

Awareness to Promote the Integration of Work-Study Students

We currently welcome 5 young people on work-study contracts within our teams. This program is accompanied by awareness actions to ensure their optimal integration and professional development, while preparing the next generation and contributing to the training of tomorrow's talents.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

Our active listening approach generated an exceptional participation rate of 74%, reflecting the engagement of our teams. The satisfaction rate of 84% demonstrates the effectiveness of our social policy and guides us in the continuous improvement of our managerial practices and working conditions.
